VOICE MAIL INSTRUCTIONS
Initial Setup
1.) Dial (555) 555-5555 from a touch-tone phone.
2.) When you hear the greeting enter your 4 digit Mailbox Number: 9999
3.) Press * (login digit) during the greeting.
4.) Enter your four digit temporary passcode: 5555
5.) Enter your own private security passcode when asked.
6.) Record a greeting for your voicemail when asked.
- Press 1 to review your greeting
- Press 2 to re-record your greeting
- Press 3 to continue to the next step
7.) Record your name when asked. Press to review your name announcement.
Listen to Voice Messages
- 1.) Press * when asked to enter your log-in-digit
- 2.) Enter your passcode
- 3.) Press 1 to Listen To messages
Change Greeting/Password
- 1.) Press * when asked to enter your log-in-digit
- 2.) Enter your passcode
- 3.) Press 8 for user options
Then Press
- Press 1 Outgoing Greeting Options
- Press 2 Name Announcement Options
- Press 3 Passcode Options
